When will I receive my monthly resource?
Each month, around the first week of the month we email out the You Exec monthly resource. You will receive an email from "firstname.lastname@example.org." To ensure you get our Plus emails please send us a blank email to "email@example.com" as soon as you join.
Where can I download my monthly resource?
Our monthly email will contain your download link. Please do not distribute your personalized download link to others. Your personalized link will give you access to download the resource of the month. We unfortunately do not have a "library page" where you can see all your download links. You should either save the emails we send you, or save the actual monthly resource on your own device.
What kind of resources CAN I EXPECT?
We will share anything that can save you hours of work, or help you develop your career. Anything from executive-level Powerpoint presentations and templates, to internal and external resume layouts, to posters with inspiring quotes, among others. Sometimes we will not find a resource that is good enough to meet our standards, so we will not email a resource out that month and neither will we charge you — that is, sometimes we skip a month.
What if I don't like a resource one month?
We can't make everyone happy - if you don't like a resource any given month just reply to the email message we sent you, and write "I don't like it!" We will promptly refund your subscription fee for that month, no questions asked. We do appreciate if you can let us know why you don't like a given resource so we can keep improving each month.
Can I suggest or send you a resource?
Absolutely, and we will pay you $500 USD if we use and distribute your resource to our members. We will also recognize you and give you credit for your amazing creation. Follow this link to submit a resource.
When will you charge me each month?
We will charge you the same day of the month that you signed up. That is, if you joined Plus on January 6th, the next time will charge you will be February 6th.
How can I Manage or cancel my subscription?
Hopefully after you joined the Plus subscription you created your account — if you did not, click on Log in from our home page, and then on "New Plus member? Start here." You will be prompted for an email address. You will only be able to use the same email address you used when you subscribed to Plus. That will be the same email address where you will receive your monthly resource.
Once you click on "Submit" you will receive a personalized link to set your password. In the future, you can use the same email address and password to log into your account and update your billing details, email address, or cancel your subscription. If you have multiple subscriptions under the same email address, you will be asked which subscription you'd like to update after you log in.
