For full-time employees, this could be changed to "areas of expertise" which are tasks or focus areas where they've performed well on past projects. For instance, as a project manager, in addition to meeting their budget and timeline goals, an exec might have done a lot of process improvement, where they went above and beyond to optimize processes along the way. This helps stand out in front of other candidates because they highlight skillsets that others either don't do or don't think to mention. (Slide 16)
