Value Chain Analysis (VCA) is a business analysis framework that focuses on identifying areas of a business where value can be added and efficiency can be increased. It's a tool for understanding how activities within a company create value for its customers. Other business analysis frameworks such as SWOT Analysis, PESTEL Analysis, and Porter's Five Forces also provide valuable insights but in different ways.
