A project plan can help structure a timely implementation plan by providing a clear roadmap of tasks, dependencies, and timelines. It allows project managers to visualize the project scope, identify necessary resources, and propose a realistic timeline. This helps in coordinating different tasks, managing resources efficiently, and avoiding delays. For instance, if two tasks are dependent on each other, starting them simultaneously can save time. Also, having a project plan can help in anticipating potential challenges and preparing for them in advance, ensuring the project stays on track.
