It is more specific than other business strategies as it focuses on the direct interaction with customers and the achievement of sales targets. Other business strategies, such as marketing or operational strategies, have a broader scope, focusing on market positioning or efficiency of operations respectively. All these strategies, however, are interconnected and aim to ensure the overall success of the business.

You will also need to determine how to distribute company resources to carry out these sales. What's the sales team's budget, how many team members are there, etc.?
