Some other frameworks similar to the McKinsey 7S for assessing an organization's performance include the Balanced Scorecard, SWOT Analysis, PESTEL Analysis, and Porter's Five Forces Model. Each of these frameworks provides a unique perspective on different aspects of organizational performance.
