Other ways to conduct the awards process could include peer nominations, where employees nominate their colleagues for awards. Another method could be through customer feedback, where customers are asked to nominate employees who have provided exceptional service. Additionally, self-nominations could be encouraged, allowing employees to put themselves forward for recognition. It's also possible to use a combination of these methods to ensure a fair and comprehensive awards process.
