To insert a video background in a Google Slides presentation, follow these steps:
1. Open the Google Slides home screen at slides.google.com.
2. Click on 'New +' under 'Start a New Presentation'.
3. Download the desired video background from your source and save it to your computer.
4. Note that if the video isn't from YouTube, it must first be stored in your Google Drive.
5. Access Google Drive and upload the video file. You can do this by dragging the video to Google Drive or clicking 'New', then 'Upload Files'. Locate the video file on your computer and upload it.
6. In your Google Slides presentation, click 'Insert', then choose 'Video'. A new window will open. Choose the video you want to upload from the Google Drive tab and click 'Select'.
7. Save your presentation.
