What challenges did SPANX face before implementing PLM?

Before implementing Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), SPANX faced several challenges. The company was managing its product design and factory collaboration through manual processes, primarily using spreadsheets. As the company grew rapidly, managing information and data flow became increasingly difficult. The product line was expanding significantly, the staff size was increasing, and the number of factories tripled within a year. This rapid growth made it hard to continue running the business on spreadsheets.
