The Focus-Energy Matrix is a strategic tool used in business to manage and optimize the allocation of resources. It consists of four quadrants: High Focus-High Energy, High Focus-Low Energy, Low Focus-High Energy, and Low Focus-Low Energy. Each quadrant represents a different state of resource allocation. For example, High Focus-High Energy represents a state where resources are being effectively utilized towards achieving the organization's goals. On the other hand, Low Focus-Low Energy represents a state of resource wastage. The matrix can be applied in business by identifying the current state of resource allocation and then taking necessary steps to move towards the High Focus-High Energy quadrant.
