The ICE method is a prioritization technique used in growth hacking. ICE stands for Impact, Confidence, and Ease. Each idea is scored based on these three dimensions. 'Impact' refers to the potential effect of the idea on the key metric or goal. 'Confidence' is about how certain you are about the impact and ease scores, and 'Ease' refers to the amount of effort required to implement the idea.
