The Implementation stage in the ADDIE model is crucial as it is the phase where the developed course is delivered or distributed to the learners. It's the stage where all the planning and design come to fruition. The effectiveness of the previous stages (Analysis, Design, and Development) is tested during Implementation. It's also the stage where adjustments and accommodations can be made based on real-time feedback.

Since then, it has been implemented across not only all branches of the Armed Forces, but also a variety of companies and industries. ADDIE is an acronym that stands for the five stages of a training and learning process: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation.
