The Kirkpatrick Model can be used to evaluate the effectiveness of a training program by creating accountability. It helps to measure the success of the training program at four levels: Reaction, Learning, Behavior, and Results. Reaction measures how the trainees reacted to the training. Learning measures what the trainees have learned. Behavior measures the change in the trainees' behavior due to the training. Results measure the final results that occurred due to the trainees' behavior change.
