The Kirkpatrick Model is a framework for evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. It consists of four levels: Reaction, Learning, Behavior, and Results. Reaction measures how the trainees felt about the training. Learning measures what the trainees have learned. Behavior measures the change in the trainees' behavior due to the training. Results measure the final results that occurred because of the trainees attending the training. It is used in training programs to create accountability and evaluate the effectiveness of the program.
