Extra usage
Nothing stops when you reach a limit. Whatever you use past what the plan includes is billed from your credits, and you only pay for what you went past.

Questions & answers
Is the price per member?
No. Pro is priced per account, not per seat. The price you see covers your whole team: invite as many members as you like and it does not change. Everyone gets full access to every app, and they join through your unique invite link, or automatically when they register with your company email address.
When will I be charged?
You are charged on the same day of the month that you signed up. For example, if you join on January 6th for a quarter, the next charge is April 6th.
How do download credits work?
One credit downloads one template, complete and unwatermarked, in every format it comes in. Downloading the same template again, or in a different format, still counts as one. How many you get depends on the billing term you pick: 3 on a quarter, 12 on a year, 36 on three years. They all land at the start and stay valid until the term ends, so nothing expires quarter by quarter. If you run out, extra templates are $10 each.
What happens if I go past a Margin limit?
Nothing stops. Whatever you use past the plan's included storage and monthly streaming is billed from your credits: $0.15 per GB streamed and $0.05 per GB stored a month. Delete files any time to bring it back down.
Can I add my team to my account?
Yes. Every Pro subscription includes unlimited members on the same account, with full access to every app. Colleagues join through your unique invite link, or automatically when they register with your company email address. Write to hi@youexec.com and we'll set it up.
Do Pro members get access to Margin and the apps that come next?
Yes. Your You Exec login works across all apps. Margin is available now, and every app we launch next will be included for all Pro members on day one.
