Global companies like Apple or Google can utilize the PR Maturity Index to identify their brand's strengths and weaknesses by plotting their scores on a customizable radio chart. This chart is based on common factors such as media awareness, brand positioning, internal support, expertise, process, and media relationships. These factors can be edited or more can be added or deleted based on what matters the most to the organization. The scores and their average are then plotted on a scale of 1 to 5. This allows the companies to visually identify areas where they excel and areas that need improvement.
