The Kirkpatrick Model can be used to evaluate learning outcomes in training programs by creating accountability. It helps to measure the effectiveness of the training program in four levels: Reaction, Learning, Behavior, and Results. Reaction measures how the trainees reacted to the training. Learning measures what the trainees have learned. Behavior measures the change in the trainees' behavior due to the training. Results measure the final outcomes that occurred as a result of the training program.
