The MECE Principle, which stands for Mutually Exclusive and Collectively Exhaustive, can be applied in various business scenarios. For instance, when defining a problem, you can list all of your Mutually Exclusive (ME) items, which are items that cannot occur at the same time, and your Collectively Exhaustive (CE) items, which are items that cover all possible options.
