The Now, Next, Later framework can be used in strategic planning by helping to prioritize tasks. In the 'Now' phase, immediate tasks are identified and tackled. In the 'Next' phase, tasks that are important but not urgent are planned for. In the 'Later' phase, tasks that are not immediately necessary but will need to be addressed in the future are considered. This framework also allows for resources such as budget, time, personnel, equipment, and skill sets to be allocated appropriately. Progress and final output can be tracked alongside this.
