The Now, Next, Later framework can be used to manage complex tasks by helping to prioritize them. In the 'Now' phase, you focus on the tasks that need immediate attention. In the 'Next' phase, you plan for tasks that are upcoming but not urgent. In the 'Later' phase, you consider tasks that are important but not urgent. This framework also allows you to list out specific resources such as budget, time, personnel, equipment, and skill sets required to accomplish the task. You can also track your progress and final output from these actions.
