The ADDIE model paves a strong foundation for long-term success by providing a structured and systematic approach to training and learning. It starts with Analysis, where the needs and objectives are identified. Then, in the Design phase, a detailed plan is created. The Development phase involves creating the actual content. During the Implementation phase, the plan is executed and the training is delivered. Finally, in the Evaluation phase, the effectiveness of the training is assessed. This iterative process allows for continuous improvement and adaptation, thereby ensuring long-term success.
