The Pro Forma model aids in financial planning for a startup by providing a structured way to forecast financial performance. It allows startups to input their own data, such as sales revenue, operating expenses, and salary expenses, which is then automatically reflected in the Proforma Summary. This summary includes key financial metrics like Gross Revenue, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), Gross Margin, Expenses, and Net Profit. The model also includes visual representations like graphs and break-even charts to help visualize the results. This can help startups understand their financial situation, plan for the future, and make informed business decisions.
