Agile Methodology is a type of project management process, mainly used for software development, where demands and solutions evolve through the collaborative effort of self-organizing and cross-functional teams. The Agile Method promotes adaptive planning, evolutionary development, early delivery, and continual improvement, and it encourages flexible responses to change. On the other hand, traditional business frameworks like Waterfall model are sequential, where progress flows steadily downwards (like a waterfall) through conception, initiation, analysis, design, construction, testing, production/implementation, and maintenance. Agile is more flexible and allows for changes to be made after the initial planning. It's best suited for projects with dynamic requirements, while Waterfall is suitable for projects with clearly defined requirements and stable product definitions.

Some challenges in implementing the Agile Method include resistance to change, lack of training and understanding, and difficulty in transitioning from traditional methods. These can be overcome by providing comprehensive training, fostering a culture of openness and flexibility, and gradually transitioning to Agile with pilot projects.
