The RACI framework can be used to hold stakeholders accountable in a project by clearly defining and assigning roles and responsibilities. The acronym RACI stands for Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed. Each stakeholder is assigned one of these roles for each task or decision in the project. The Responsible person is the one who does the work to complete the task. The Accountable person is the one who makes the final decision and has ultimate ownership. The Consulted people are those who are asked for input or advice, and the Informed people are those who are kept up-to-date on progress.
