Thirdly, it can be challenging to ensure that the org chart is accessible and understandable to all employees. These challenges can be overcome by using software tools designed for creating org charts, involving all team members in the process of creating and updating the chart, and providing training to employees on how to read and understand the org chart.

The key on the right-hand side shows that the grey icons indicate the skills themselves while the color keys relate to titles and positions that have those skills.
