In the Analysis phase, the trainer identifies the learning needs and goals. In the Design phase, the trainer outlines the learning objectives and content. In the Development phase, the trainer creates the learning materials. In the Implementation phase, the training is delivered to the learners. Finally, in the Evaluation phase, the effectiveness of the training is assessed.
