How can the Habit Tracker be utilized to effectively learn and track new habits?

The Habit Tracker can be utilized effectively by first defining the new habits you want to learn in the habit selector. These habits can be daily, weekly, or monthly. The tracker allows you to track up to 10 daily, weekly, and monthly habits across each of the 15 habit types, totaling 450 habits at one time. However, it's recommended to start with a manageable number of habits. Once the habits are defined, you can gamify the process by assigning custom reward amounts for each completed habit. This can motivate you to stick to your habits. You can then track your progress from month to month or year to date, allowing you to see your improvement over time.

Question was asked on:

Below the "color selector", define which new habits to learn across each of the categories in the "habit selector." These could be daily… weekly… or monthly habits… Up to 10 daily, weekly, and monthly habits can be tracked across each of the 15 habit types for a total of 450 habits that can be tracked at one time - not that James Clear would recommend that!
