How does the Kanban Board Spreadsheet enhance project management strategy?

The Kanban Board Spreadsheet enhances project management strategy by providing a visual representation of the workflow. It allows for the tracking and organization of a project's most important tasks. Tasks can be color-coded according to their priority and tracked as they progress through different stages. This includes assigning each task its stage, priority, responsible owner, and start and due date. The progress bars show the work in progress, how many hours it took to complete, and once completed, its final finish date. The spreadsheet also allows for customization, such as adding new responsible team members, stages, and priority levels. Additionally, it enables setting a work-in-progress limit, a critical part of Kanban methodology.

Question was asked on:

First, enter all the tasks for a current project on the task list. Assign each task its stage, priority, responsible owner, and start and due date. Then, track the work in progress with the progress bars, how many hours it took to complete, and once completed, its final finish date. To edit these dropdowns, you can use the fields tab, to add new responsible team members, stages, and priority levels. You can also set your work-in-progress limit, which is a critical part of Kanban.
