Question
The effectiveness of an action plan can be measured in several ways. One way is to compare the actual results with the expected results. If the actual results meet or exceed the expected results, the action plan can be considered effective. Another way is to assess the level of goal achievement. If the goals set in the action plan are achieved, the plan is effective. Feedback from stakeholders can also be used to measure effectiveness. If the stakeholders are satisfied with the results, the plan is effective.
