Question
It's important to have only one Responsible for each activity in the RACI model to ensure clear accountability and avoid confusion. When multiple people are responsible, it can lead to ambiguity about who should be doing what, which can result in tasks falling through the cracks. Having one person responsible ensures that there's a clear point of contact for each task, which can improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Consulted – this role is an individual or a group who is consulted to provide opinions or technical expertise required to complete an activity or deliverable.
